Delivery
I just can't wait to receive my order, can I watch it coming!?
When your order is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number* for your order via email. Please note this email is sent when your order is shipped and is not delivered as soon as the order is placed.
If you have not received a tracking number 72 hours after placing your order or your tracking number is not working please contact us at customercare@mussen.com.au.
If you would like to request signature on delivery when receiving your order please specify in the special notes section when heading through the checkout.
*Tracking may not be available for all international orders. If we are unable to provide a tracking number for your international order you will still receive notification when your order ships.
When will I receive my order?
All orders received by our team are processed within business hours Mon to Fri within 48hrs. All shipping is sent via Australia Post.
Shipping times
Standard - 2 to 7 business days
Express - 1 to 3 business days
International - 10 to 15 business days*
* Please note shipping times may be longer during holiday and sales periods.
* *Please note. International shipping to certain areas such as Germany and Netherlands have extended shipping times. If your item is expected to take a longer period for delivery you will be notified when the item is shipped.
Costs of import duties/taxes will not be paid for by Mussen.
- We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or delays in customs clearance procedures.
How do I receive free shipping?
Simply spend $50 or more per transaction to automatically receive free domestic shipping in Australia! Or sign up to www.mussen.com.au for notifications for free shipping special deals!
Can I change the address on my order?
Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed once an order has been submitted.
Can you arrange special shipping options?
If you would like a different shipping method to be used rather than then ones listed below, such as Platinum Over Night Express please contact customercare@mussen.com.au. Additional charges may apply for upgraded shipping options and are subject to availability.

Where is my order coming from?
All orders are shipped from Canberra, Australia.

Mussen Boutique does not accept any responsibility for lost or missing items once they have been registered as delivered by Australia Post.
Mussen is not responsible for any duties or taxes payable at customs.
If a parcel is returned to Mussen as undeliverable we will apply an extra postage charge to re-send your order to the correct delivery address.
Return postage costs are not covered by Mussen.
